There are various clearly labelled dishes to choose from. It is kind of a healthy fast food store, so don't expect a too personal experience, but for a quick snack this is a good option

Several vegan options in salads, a wrap, an oatmeal bowl, and a burger. My salad (wabi-sabi) was hearty, and had an interesting flavor combination. I also had a ginger lover juice, which was yummy. They have some raw vegan nut and date balls. The staff spoke English and was helpful.

In theory, there are three vegan salads (tofu, waning sabi,and vegan joy) one burger (mushroom) and a wrap. Today, all they had on offer was one salad. It was good, but, for me, just good. I really appreciated that it was just vegetables and hummus. I have been to the Podgorica and Prishtina locations also; they had closer to a full menu.

Food tasted wonderful. Really nice for a change compared to all the traditional Albanian restaurants in the countryside. Only downside was that the music was loud, and the sound system had been at a too high volume level, making the music sound with cracks and noise.

Came for a quick lunch. Menu had vegan items highlighted with symbol. We ordered the vegan joy salad bowl with tofu added on top and the gorgeous gang burger. No frills, quick order, clean to eat and healthy. Would come again.

I was so happy to find Green & Protein Tirana because they have an amazing selection of vegan and vegetarian options, all clearly marked and thoughtfully prepared. They use fresh, vibrant ingredients, plant-based milk for smoothies and snacks, olive oil for cooking, and no unnecessary additives. The vegan bowls and burgers are flavorful and filling, and the portions are generous. Everything tastes clean and wholesome, and the staff are warm and helpful. Definitely one of the best spots in Tirana for healthy vegan and vegetarian meals!

At first I was very confused as to why there was worshipping music in the background. No sure this place is a Christian Franchise or if the staff had a blast at their own Music but alright. Food was alright. More on the pricey side for Tirana and Bowls and Wraps seem fresh but with little ingredients. The Tofu Bowl mainly consisted of rice but the sauce was quite tasty. The vegan labeled wrap had a nice sauce too and I think the wrap itself was homemade. Would go again but I am sure there are other options too.

Read moreThey only have one vegan burger, it's impossible to make a mistake. Thanks to preview reviews, I made sure to order the burger well-cooked and it was delicious.
The cacao ball on the left side was paradise in my mouth. And the ginger refresh was refreshing.

The staff was confused about what vegan means and some of the items were labelled incorrectly (one meat bowl was labelled vegan and the supposedly vegan one with tofu was labelled o, whatever that means). Also their toilet is not working at the moment, which I hope they will be fixing soon.

I love this spot in Tirana! They have the best healthy vegan lunch options with super fresh ingredients you'll find probably in all of Albania. The staff is always friendly, and the service is quick.

The Wabi-Sabi Salad with lentil patties is okay but not outstanding. Much salad but not many vegetables. The dish looks different on the picture. Same for the small chocolate oatmeal breakfast that features no other fruit than banana and the chocolate's plastic foil. No wonder that one pays upfront.

Read moreI had just arrived in Tirana and I wasn’t sure where to go and eat. I found G&P by chance and I was super happy that it offers vegan and vegetarian dishes.
I had a BIG salad with yummy juice at a good price.
The people who work here are super friendly and it’s very close to the old town centre on a quiet spot which makes it great to eat on the outside seating area.

Absolutely loved the plant-based food that was served. Think it says a lot about a place and how future proof they are when they have multiple vegan options on the menu. Great inititative that has to be mentioned and applauded, well done! Very friendly staff as well. They were really kind to us. Would highly recommend to visit the place when in the city. You won’t be left disappointed, that much is for sure!

We came for breakfast and had porridge. the portions were extremely small and the porridge was cold. The bowls are nice tho. Also the juices come in plastic bottles, which is not quite eco friendly.

A great, filling option we enjoyed for lunch and dinner. Juices and the vegan soup were amazing! The wabi-sabi salad and the Gut power wrap we found a bit bland in taste. The Paradise Party sandwich was super tasty and filling, but was missing the key ingredient sprouts (was looking forward to that!). Staff was friendly and kind. I give three stars because such a Green place shouldn't be serving animals anymore!!
