very vegan friendly

The pepperoni chilli jam pizza was excellent. Almost on par with Red Sparrow pizza!

3.5 stars enjoyable

The pizza base and crust has changed, it's not spongey and fluffy like it used to be. The pepperoni + chilli jam pizza was still thoroughly enjoyable but not as good as I remember it being as it had a bit too much chilli jam sauce on it.
The pizza from the specials board (inc. leek, caramalised onion, balsamic vinegar glaze) was very good, quite subtle in taste, which was a relief as I had thought it might be too sweet what with the caramelised onion and balsamic vinegar glaze.
The crust dipping ranch sauce sounded really enticing, but at $4.50, I couldn't justify it.
The service was really good, friendly, and efficient.
I really appreciate that they've always been concerned with lowering their eco footprint.

Get the cauli chips!

Loved the pizza, the salad, the fries and cauli chips.

We visited on a cheap Tuesday and the place was pumping! Great to have tables outside as well as inside. Friendly service and happy hour jugs of Green Acre Ale welcomed us.

The pizza was $17 on the cheap Tuesday, and they were tasty. The salad was requested without honey and was nice, but would have been nicer with more dressing (might have been amazing with their regular dressing I am guessing), not a difficult thing to improve for vegans, wth an alternative dressing.

A great experience overall, catering to the vegans at the table as well as the omnis.

Good but could be better

Definitely on the expensive side. Best to go on days with Cheap Tuesday Offers. It’s one of the places where after the 3rd visit, it starts to get too repetitive with not many options to choose from.

Tried the potato pizza, Toscana and Pumpkin. Toscana wasn’t the best.

The cauliflower chips are to die for!

Almost perfect

We ordered the cauliflower chips (an absolute must) and 2 pizzas (Pumpkin & Heavens to Betsy). The chips came out almost immediately and were delicious. Our pizzas took ages to arrive and when they did were only luke warm. We only ate half of each as they weren’t that impressive at that temperature (and we’d filled up on chips!)
However, next day we reheated them for lunch - and holey moley - they were delicious.
The place was short staffed due to COVID - so we will absolutely try them again when next in Melbourne.
All dishes can be made vegan and it’s no trouble at all… expected even!

Pros: Everything can be made vegan, Super delicious, Cool vibe & great cocktails

Cons: Understaffed the day we visited

Delicious vegan options

Most of the menu is vegan or can be veganised which is amazing. Perfect for the occasion when everyone needs to go out together. Pizza is very yummy, and as I said, lots of variety for vegans.
Loved the Potato and Toscana
Cheap Tuesdays are the best - all pizzas are $15

Pros: Lots of vegan options , Nice and clean!

Cons: Little bit loud inside

Great options for vegetarian/vegan pizzas

Must try eggplant pizza and mushroom pizza!
Lovely staff, great to be able to sit outside after lockdown to eat.
