I got the veg burger (twice). Delish! Burger is not too big or small,you can actually eat it. Tastes very good. Service is very quick. They have English speaking Staff and menu. Free WiFi. Not sure about gluten free options 5/5 for me. I uploaded two menu pics, it's good value for money. Would recommend coming here. Has a common seating area with other resteraunts, plenty of space

I'm not gonna talk about the surrounding since it's mostly takeaway place. The food was served really fast and it tasted ok, but nothing special. On the other hand the staff was super friendly and the prices low.

I ordered the Buddha bowl and was not disappointed. Even my meat-eating family enjoyed the falafel wrap. Full of flavour and a fair price. They had an English menu which was lovely. Went back and had the green burger and could not recommend it enough!!!!

Really nice place in the city center with very cheap yet delicious and filling food. A lot of people are upset because of location of this place because to get there you have to pass the corpses of animals, which is horrible. Also their poor waiters work on pure intuition) you leave the order, go sit down and as the food is ready their waiters have to wander around asking who ordered it. They can make like electronic system with screen showing the name and status of your order.

Cold cheap vegan (?) fast food - Edit
I have eaten here two times and one time at the second green 13 cafe (it is very small, difficult to find and not worth looking for since there many is smaller). First time was ok, I mean how can you fail with putting a big white tofu in a bread and add some sallad. Pumpkin soup is also difficult to not make tasty. It is cheap but not so nice place to eat in because the Besarabskij basar is full of meat. You have to pass by a lot of having meat which makes me loose my appetite.
Read moreSecond time I got cold soup and cold burger. The solution was that they took it back, put both in the microwave for one minute. I could see it from my place standing in the microwave for five minutes, cooling down before they brought it back to me.
According to my taste, hamburger bread and salad in a burger should not be warm, and definitely not heated in a microwave. The soup was warmer but not as warm as is a soup should be.
I would rather go to a real restaurant and get a real vegan burger.
The second place had a smaller menu, served falafel which were already prepared earlier (I want fresh falafel - it should be made when you order it, not in the morning!).
I am surprised by all these positive rating. It is not so cheap for Ukraine and the food very simple. Wraps, falafel, simple soups, is easy for anyone to prepare so you would expect more when you pay for it.
Pros: Cheap, Vegan probably , Cheap but not that cheap for Kiev!
Cons: Serve cold food , staff slow, chaotic and careless, In meat basar!

menu became more interesting and I like it, but falafel set went too dry, so you should say to add more souse or humus or whatever. I'd like to add more drinks in menu, also upgrade existing, because quality isn't really good. Mathcha chocolate candy is very cool. I like it the place.

Read moreI tried both burgers, the Green 13 one with tofu and pestosauce and the one with vegan bacon. Both are really good.
The burger with vegan bacpn tastes quite meaty, though, so I personally like the green one more, that tastes more fresh.
They also have very good drinks with fruits and herbs.
They provide some benches and a flat round table out of wood, which you can only use for putting your drinks on it. So you have to eat your food as if you where sitting on a small wall or so. :D
Pros: good prices, good food, fast and kind service
Cons: No tables that are high enough, Unperfect location, maybe hard to find

A casual eatery with some amazing vegan burgers. There is a casual sitting area beside it. These just simply are some of the best burgers you can get - and the price is amazing! Only 55UAH for a burger!! Sadly you can't get chips/fries however a a big eater I overcame this by buying a second burger.

Green 13 Cafe is a popular spot for healthy eating. It was quite busy when I went for a very early dinner, but they still managed to turn out my order in just a few minutes. Flavors were very good. Service was endearingly warm and kind. Prices were very reasonable.

Staff is very young and friendly and the prices are for west european standards very affordable. I had a delicious vegan burger for 50 UAH. Staff speaks good english and one can pay by card. Other options on the menu includes e.g. falafel with salad, hummus, several plant milks, green smoothies, etc etc. Cool sitting area reserved for customers. Recommend!

Sometimes the places gets incredibly busy, and staff seem rushed. On one occasion my burger was cold.
There isn't much seating, I recommend this place more for takeaway orders.

Great selection at this small counter within the market, it does also have a seating area. Staff spoke enough English to be able to take my order with ease which was incredibly helpful to a non-ukranian speaker. The green 13 & vegan bacon burger were both fantastic and I'd recommend them both, if i lived here I'd sample the whole menu & report back but alas... Thanks Vegano Hooligano.

Class of its own. Must go for the market and hipster atmosphere and delicious food. Hardcore vegans must be careful with passing endless aisles of meat to reach the back end of the market where the place is located.

Nice vegan take away! They don't have an english menu but the staff is very friendly and was happy to translate everything for me. Sometimes crowded. Nice location inside a market not too far away from the main street. Food tasted great, dishes were quite big and not too expensive.

Someone else here mentioned an English menu, but there wasn't one available when I visited. The staff, however, were very friendly, and they assisted me with my order, even though they were really busy. The pea soup was minty and delicious. The falafel wrap was so good. I met several people in Kyiv who told me that this was their favorite restaurant, and I understand why now.

This place is located in a market surrounded by fresh produce, and also meat. They have a small menu, but everything I tried was great. It's fast food, but pretty healthy. I have a red lentil soup, and a falafel wrap. I really enjoyed both. It's very affordable and is a great place to hang out and make new friends.

Wow wow wow! You wouldn't expect a vegan takeaway place to be in the middle of this market but I'm sure glad it is! Really good & healthy quickly served food, lovely staff and very cheap.
