not so vegan-friendly in my experience - Edit
The first time I got food from here, it was delicious and so exciting to get vegan Chinese food. The person who took my order was kind and patient, confirming with the cook the the things I ordered were vegan. I was so excited to go back, unfortunately when I did I had a very different experience. An older woman than last time took my order over the phone, and snapped at me that she would not check if every single thing was vegan or could be made vegan. We got a couple things we knew were safe, of course all vegetable dishes. At the bottom of one carton there was a single piece of chicken, seemingly put there on purpose. I guess it’[censored] or miss if you deal with someone helpful or someone rude, but I won’t go back after that. Three stars because I really did like it the first time.

excellent vegan Chinese options - Edit
I have eaten at Great Wall many times over the past decade, and it has consistently delighted my tastes for whatever vegan Chinese dish I chose. The locally sourced fresh vegetable specials are excellent, and the Gourmet Menu choices are so good, though the "regular" menu choices are quite satisfying as well. The Saturday dim sum is a treat, and the servers always can inform which dishes are vegan. Sometimes the initial service is slow after being seated at the table, but the food comes out fast and hot. This is also a favorite of family and friends with mixed diets, from gluten-free vegan to those who love the non-veg sections of the menus.

Cons: sometimes initial service is sluggish
