Expensive, but plenty of vegan options! - Edit
Ask for the separate vegan menu, so you can see what is vegan! The vegan sandwich is basic but pretty good!

Expensive, But At Least There's an Option - Edit
During my last trip to Disney, I wanted to visit the Pixar Place Hotel and decided to grab a bite here. They do not advertise the prices of the food until you sit down. My meal was $28 before tip and I just got a BLT (obviously vegan) with fries. But hey, it's in the Disney bubble so I suppose I can't complain too much.
