okay

A chaotic experience overall. Nice staff but a little disorganized and trying to find seats were a mare.
Had a burger combo and it was okay. The signature burger was decent enough but lacked some thought and quality in the bun. We can all stick a decent burger on a bun and it's okay, add a few ingredients and suddenly special.
The fried were frozen and a cooked frozen ingredient, not hard to do.
A decent lunch but nothing spectacular.

Pros: staff, 100%

Not so great

Visited this place a few times for the burgers and power bowls. Other than the convenient location, there was nothing much memorable for the food. The burgers were mediocre though as the buns and patties were too soggy and comes apart easily when eating. Together with the sauces of the burgers, eating the burgers were a mess. The nuggets were made of mock meat and the sauce was watery and had a weird taste. The power bowls were even more forgettable as other than the mushrooms, all other ingredients had no taste at all as they were simply boiled.

Pros: Convenient, near MRT

Cons: Soggy burgers, tasteless power bowl, Quite oily for the fried food

yummy and affordable

Been there twice and going there again today to try a bowl. The burgers are good and not too pricey. Service is friendly, helpful and quick.

Pros: good price , good taste, good service

Cons: I would love side dishes like fries or salad....

My fav burger place

Really love their sha cha, black pepper, Japanese sesame & BBQ sauces, their Signature Smoky & Grilled King Trumpet Mushroom burgers & their tempura mushroom snack :’) Their vegan buns are really fragrant & tasty as well, without that overpowering taste of dough & with an almost milky taste!

Pros: Best burgers & sauces in SG (for me so far)

Slightly salty

I went to this place twice - once when it just opened to try the classic soy patty burger (literally just a slice of panfried tofu between fresh multigrain buns, with a piece of lettuce and some sauce that is rather Asian and unique), and once to try the king trumpet burger which my friend wholeheartedly recommend, as well as to redeem my free nuggets. The nuggets are rather realistic and fibrous, which will definitely appease those who loved nuggets previously, without that strange aftertaste that often accompanies mock meats. However, the king trumpet mushrooms were too salty for me, and I struggled to finish it. However, as it is indeed a rather unique pairing that somehow still matched, I think it will be nice if I told the counter to reduce the amount of sauce, or simply place it at the side so that I can adjust the taste myself.

I do think the bun was extremely nice though, being slightly sweet and very fresh. The top of the bun was scattered with loads of pumpkin seeds, which I thought added a really nice crunch and contrast to the burger.

Pros: Unique, Healthy

Cons: Pricey, Too salty

Food can be meh. Service isn’t great

I’ve been twice. Both times the food has been meh. It’s very cheap, but it takes FOREVER to get food even when there’s no line. It didn’t help that with 2 ppl in the back it took several minutes for anyone to acknowledge that I was standing there and take my order.

Pros: several options for vegan burgers

Cons: meh service

Just a snack

These aren't exactly burgers. They are more like mock chicken patties. The patties were very wet and tasted more sweet and not savory at all. I got the Savory Burger and Double Protein Burger. I would say this place is not good to have as a meal, more like a snack or if you're just curious about it. I wouldnt travel out of my way to go here, but if you're in the neighborhood and need a little snack, go for it !

Pros: Vegan food, Fast, Hand held food

Cons: Sweet not savory, Sides cost extra, Not a sit down restaurant

Terrible customer service

The burgers are not very exciting but alright - on the greasy side and smothered in sweet sauce (no mustard, mayo pickles, onion, cucumber or tomato). The mushroom patty is a little slimy and the tofu unseasoned.
But what really brings down the rating is the waiting time. 25 minutes during late lunch with only one customer in front is not acceptable. Mind there were 3 employees in the shop working in slow motion, none smiling or friendly.

Peace ...

One of the best vegan burger fast food

This is the 3rd vegan burger chain. There are 3 in singapore. Vegan burg, nomvnom and now grEAT. Personally I like grEAT the most because it's very affordable and reasonably priced and the taste and quality is not compromised. Burger size is slightly smaller than vburg and nomvnom. But it's filling enough for a small eater like me. Size is like mcdonalds burger. Nomvnom and vburg buns are too big and i had never been able to finish the other piece of the bun. For big eaters, I will recommend the combo set.
My personal favourite is the smoky burger. Tasty and unique. A must try!

Pros: Good price point

Cons: May not be filling for big eater

grEAT is GREAT! Check it out!

I had signature smoky burger for lunch.
For dinner, I taobao (take away) Grilled King Trumpet Mushroom burger and Double Protein burger. By dinner time, the signature smoky burgers were sold out.

My daughter and I love the tasty burgers and the sauce (even it was a little cold when i reached home). I am not a salad person but i enjoyed the salad and sauce too.

While I was there, business was good during lunch and dinner hours. Hope to see more people take vegetarian food!

GREAT to have grEAT near my work vicinity. More options to choose especially I am rushing for time.

Pros: tasty and healthier burger. , no garlic, no onion, gluten free, no MSG, great service

Cons: sitting area is about 10 metres away
