(Not so) Great Asia Restaurant - Edit
There’s a dedicated vegan section on the menu, which is helpful. However, the staff weren’t very friendly or attentive. We ordered the vegan chicken, which was tinned—it would’ve been much better if it was frozen soy chicken. A lot of the food lacked flavour, and I wouldn’t say anything we ate was particularly tasty—it was very average. It’s great that they offer a vegan menu, but I wouldn’t recommend eating here unless you’re desperate. There are much better Asian options in PDC.

Read moreI got the veg Thai green curry (and asked for tofu to be added) and veg won tons.
I also got the veg gyozas, which the waiter assured me were vegan even though they weren't on the vegan menu.
Everything was delicious with lots of flavour, recommend a visit.

Allthough it's clearly meant for tourists, this place serves nice, simple asian food. And this with a lot of vegan options.

Had lunch here and was pleased to see a vegan section on the menu. We had the vegetable tempura which for me was a standout - so light and crispy, perfectly done. We also had the vegetable balls, which were nice with a bit of chilli oil to perk them up, and some cucumber maki. For mains we shared the tofu with hot and sour sauce, some stir fried bok choi and plain noodles. The presentation wasn’t as good as with the starters - to be very honest the tofu dish didn’t look very appealing but it tasted nice. I like spicy food so I was pleased that it had a kick to it. The restaurant was nice and cool on a hot day, good and spacious with interesting decor. The service was ok, and overall pretty good value for money.

We came here mainly because of the vegan "duck" which we were curious to try. It was probably the best dish we've tried at the restaurant. It is probably made with seitan so be aware in case you can't eat it. We also tried the vegetable rolls, the vegetable yuk sung (which is quite forgettable) and the vegetable Thai green curry which would have been better if they put tofu in it (it was mainly onions and peppers). Overall the experience was a 3 stars but I'm giving 4 just because of the effort with the vegan duck and chicken.
