Hot and spicy! - Edit
I had the veggie torta sans provolone and it was really good. I believe the tomatoes must been local since they had a really good flavor, but they were definitely a big slices! I did have the jalapeños put on there but they ended up being a little too spicy so I took them off. Not sure what the spread on there was so it might've been vegetarian instead of vegan, but it all came together really good.

Sub tofu for any meat. - Edit
You can substitute tofu on any of the sandwiches. I got the turkey avocado with tofu and removed the mayo. It was nice and fresh. Large too, I only ate half.
Read moreI didn’t want to deal with the hassle of ordering and making sure they put a regular tofu substitute sandwich on the vegan bread so I ordered the listed vegan chickpea sandwich. I should have went through the hassle.

Vegetables are very fresh. I am able to request no onions on sandwiches and salads.

Vegan menu items - Edit
Staff is knowledgeable about what is vegan. They have specific vegan sandwich and salad options. Also they have a lot of homemade sauces that are vegan and you can add to sandwiches that you take the cheese off of. Add tofu for $2 to any sandwich or salad.
