We loved our visit to Graze. We had wonderful drinks, apps, entrees, and took some desert to go. All of it was so good. Lots of choices and fully vegan.

We visited for the first time in January and couldn't wait for our next visit! We honestly made an extra overnight layover stop in Nashville just to go to Graze again in June. Yes, we had a concert in town but it made it a much easier decision! It's quickly becoming one of our favorites!

On a recent trip to Tennessee, we visited Graze twice because we were so impressed with our first round of food, which was from the dinner menu. Everything we ordered was craveable, full of flavor, and unapologetically vegan. I love when vegan restaurants use tofu, tempeh, seitan, and other house-made proteins instead of packaged meat alternatives. On our first visit, we got the cheesy roasted potatoes, the seitan chorizo quesadilla, and the patty melt. The cashew cheese was smooth and creamy, with none of the sweetness that often plagues cashew cheeses. The seitan was nicely spiced and complemented the vegetables in the quesadilla, with a sublime side of ranch that was absolutely delicious. My partner’s patty melt was perfection, with a nice bite to the black bean patty. We were able to order from the brunch menu on second visit, and the food was even more impressive. This round, we ordered the hot tofu chk’n biscuit and one of the specials, the oyster mushroom steak and frites. The mushroom steak was possibly one of the best things I have ever had at a vegan restaurant, ever. It was tender but meaty, with a satisfying umami flavor. The frites were perfection, with a crispy exterior and soft, creamy interior. The tofu chk’n was crispy and flavorful and balanced the buttery, flaky biscuit. Just an all around excellent restaurant!

Everything was so good and it was hard to decide what to get without ordering the whole menu! Would definitely recommend the quesadilla and Mac and cheese but you can't go wrong with Graze. Be sure to get dessert!!

Stopped here on our roadtrip the menu looked too good to pass up. We tried the animal fries, chickpea bay cakes, cheesy roasted potatoes with black beans, chorizo burrito and blueberry pancakes. Everything was delicious and the cashew cheese sauce was impressive! We definitely will come back every time in nashville! The employees are also very sweet and accommodating which always makes the experience better so thank you!

Best vegan food in Nashville - Edit
I tried a few different vegan spots in Nashville on my long weekend here. This is by far the best in the area and a standout vegan restaurant in general. I went for brunch and had the chikn biscuit. Dare I say, best vegan breakfast I’ve ever had. Buttery but not in a sickly way. Service was excellent. I will 1000% be returning when I come to Nashville again. Highly highly recommend

This vegan restaurant has a little bit of everything. I enjoyed a black pepper potato soup and a hot Nashville tofu sandwich. Both very excellent. Virgin bloody Mary was a cherry on top! I hope to come back and try the quesadilla.
