Friendly and welcoming staff. Some lovely vegan options on the breakfast and lunch menu.

Only downside for me is the smell of meat/bacon from the kitchen as it is a small cafe :(
Be prepared to wait for a table as there is usually a queue.

Read moreWe had an AMAZING afternoon tea, it was beautifully presented and something a little bit different from the more traditional sandwiches and cakes. Our afternoon tea included open sandwiches topped with antipasti and tomatoes with balsamic vinegar, pea and mint soup, curried lentil roll, crudites and hummus, crisps, and a cake assortment.
Vegans were definitely not an afterthought, everything was thoughtful and considered - and absolutely blooming gorgeous too! Need to book in advance.

Small cafe with some options - Edit
This is a nice local cafe which is good for breakfasts. It does serve meat but there are both vegetarian and vegan breakfast options available so a good place to go to meet friends and family.
Read moreFor lunch the vegan sausage roll is nice heated with a bit of salad on the side, but lunch options are very limited. Staff are very nice though and willing to try and adapt food to meet different needs where they can as most the meals are made up fresh so they have the ability to make changes as needed
They now do vegan afternoon tea which needs to be pre booked
