Good Breakfast/ Light Lunch Spot

We ordered the veggie sandwich and an avocado toast TO-GO. I would say that if you’re looking for a healthier vegan option in the area, and you like avocado, this is your place. The inside is pretty tiny, so I would suggest it’s more of a “TO-GO” type of place. We were the only ones in there and were served in 15 minutes at 10:00AM on a Tuesday.

New owners

Smoothie was thin. No alternatives to honey. Cashier said it was under new ownership. White bread sandwich. Friendly

Pros: Cook was friendly

Cons: Not great vegan choices, Blah atmosphere

Eh

I got the very veggie salad and was expecting a big bowl of fresh greens and veggies. Instead it was a small salad with a few veggies and a nice amount of avocado. Absolutely not worth the almost $14 when there are far better options nearby.

Pros: Cute place

Cons: Smudged good on the outside of the container

Fantastic!

So thrilled to stumble upon this cute little cafe right on Route 1! Amazing super-fresh food, surfer vibes and reggae music - we went twice in the same day. Vegan menu items clearly marked. We tried the Veggie panini, organic PB&J, avocado toast and açaí bowl - all 5 stars. Their thick grilled bread they use on the sandwiches is SO GOOD. Get the cold brew coffee - you won’t regret it! We are already planning to return on our way back from Key West!

Colorful personality galore!

Enjoy a beautiful Acai Bowl in a vibrant hue of pink, blue or purple while surrounded by paddle boards and locals. A unique, relaxing spot when you're not in a huge hurry, it is a small place and everything is fresh and made to order. The avocado toast is incredible, a thick piece of grilled bread with both guacamole and sliced avocado, sprinkled with everything bagel seasoning.

Pros: Lots of character, Many healthy options

Love it!

So happy this opened here in Key Largo! It’s a cute little shop that incorporates mindfulness and the community. The menu has something for vegans and carnivores alike. There’s local art on the walls and reggae music playing. Needless to say, I’m a regular!

Pros: Lots of vegan and vegetarian options!, They use wooden spoons!, Delicious!

Give it a try....

This little place is in a nondescript strip mall right on the main drag. We tried the avocado toast, quinoa cashew salad, and açai bowl. All were delicious. We will definitely return!

Pros: Lots of vegan options

Cons: Only 2 4 top tables

Charming Surfer Style Juice Bar

This place is a little hard to find. It's in a strip center at MM 103, gulfside. They rent paddle boards and serve fresh juices, smoothies, wraps, and bowls. I had the "Green Machine Wrap", which has avocado, carrot, spinach, and a really delicious peanut/ginger sauce. There are several vegetarian and vegan options here, including a quinoa bowl, acai bowl, portobello panini, and freshly made hummus and salsa. They also have a vegan cashew spread. Cute, surfer vibe. There is seating inside. Food is great!

Pros: Affordable, Great Food, Vegan options, friendly staff
