Customize everything! - Edit
So many options for a salad. Have 3-4 different soups everyday, usually a vegan option available. Serves beer and wine and a lot of unique items. Great salad and breads! Very friendly staff and cool atmosphere. Located in the heart of downtown Lincoln. Go check it out for a light lunch!

Downtown Salad Option - Edit
If you're looking for a salad in downtown, Grateful Greens is a good option for vegetarians and vegans. I chose a salad with 3 different greens, a nice selection of veggies and beans, and veggie taco meat(for an additional cost). They were out of tofu the day I visited. Salads are made for you and chopped up--could have been a little bigger for the price. The owner and staff were very helpful and friendly. They also have wrap and sandwich options as well as soup (which is sometimes vegan).
