Cool Spot - Edit
Love the vegan options here and happens to offer my favorite vegan brownie in town. The smoothies are very rich in taste and filling. Good coffee and lattes. And I love the breakfast wrap with tofu and vegan cheese. Great little fenced in seating area out back. Friendly service. It's a top spot for me!

Read morei got the tropical vibe smoothie, usually i like that sorta thing but this one tasted wrong. figured maybe it was just a bad day, didn’t say nothin thought maybe i’d try again. called today to ask a question about a drink on their Instagram page just wanted to see what else was in it, owner picks up and hangs up on me after i didn’t speak for .1 second, didn’t even say hello, just click
look i get it, the cafe is for the kids, but i’m just an old guy trying to eat healthy and support local, and somehow that made me feel like i didn’t belong. won’t be back

Super cool cafe with all kinds of good stuff.. I built my own bowl with greens, quinoa, the turmeric tofu and lots of veggies. And of course I totally forgot to take a picture of it! Banana bread was slammin as well.

Our friends hosting us lived a short walk away so we decided to stop in for lunch. We both ordered the Monday special of Mighty Shroom W Potatoes & Matcha Breeze. It was a good burger, although it did suffer from the usual mushiness of most bean/mushroom/veggie patties. The flavors were good, and the side of potatoes was also tasty. The Matcha Breeze was very refreshing, also.
Read moreThe cafe is quite a large space w/refrigerated cases with grab and go food, as well as drinks. There are several small tables along a bench seat along a wall, and there is also an outside patio. Lots of places to sit to eat the delicious and freshly-prepared food. I recommend it!

Read moreI ended up trying their breakfast burrito and chose the tofu scramble. I wasn’t a big fan, it was lacking flavor. It could’ve been my taste buds were off that day cause I felt a cold was coming, but I’ll give it another go when it passes. I ended up smothering it with their vegan Thai peanut sauce and it was a lot better. (They do have another option for protein and it’s a patty made of mushrooms and black beans)
I enjoy their Salted Caramel Cheesecake it. My first bite was nostalgic. It that reminded me of my favorite sweet treats from the Philippines. (Polvorone)

I was delighted to see there was a vegan option on my route to the beach. Place is spacious and there are a few smoothie bowls and drinks to choose from. I loved the monkey bowl (think that was the name) as it was great and fueled me all day till dinner.
