Tasty, healthy and plenty - Edit

Serves a few vegan meals. The dish "Die Gärtnerin" was really tasty and the portion size was unexpectedly large (will even satisfy the very hungry). Can be ordered without nuts since they are going to be sprinkled on top anyways. The best vegan dish I've ever had on a skiing trip. Also really cheap for what you get.

The staff knows the difference between vegan and vegetarian - not necessarily common knowledge in mountain huts.

Would definitely recommend going there and would give 5/5 if it were possible.

Pros: Portion size, Really tasty , Friendly staff

Cons: Typical self-service restaurant, Quite full in the winter at rush hour

Only 1 dish but it was good (3.5 stars) - Edit

I went here because of the listing on HappyCow and was satisfied, I even went back a few days later. Both times the vegan dish - Die Gärtnerin - was very tasteful and also of decent size. It would have been lovely if there was a plant-based desert as well.

Pros: Very tasteful stuffed potato dish (Die Gärtnerin), Sunny terrace with view over the valley, Portion is more than sufficient

Cons: Only one real vegan dish, except for fries, Only self-service
