Best Breakfast! - Edit
This was my favourite breakfast by far! We ordered the avocado toast, fresh fruit bowl and side of allergy friendly Mickey waffles.
Read moreThe meal also started with some fresh gluten-free bread and vegan butter. The fresh fruit bowl was amazing, super fresh and creamy coconut sorbet. The avocado toast was super flavourful and the Mickey waffles were of course fantastic.
Very full after this breakfast but definitely worth it and a must do.
Pros: Large portions, Flavourful

Vegan Red Curry - Edit
Waiter understood what items were gluten-free and vegan. He had tried all the vegan items himself, including the breakfast power bowl, Impossible burger, and the one thing I ended up getting, the red curry. Came with tofu, snow peas, carrots, red bell peppers, other cooked veggies, and sprouts. Comes on a small bed of white rice (with bamboo that makes it cute & green).
Read moreThe curry is mild, with a hint of spice. I prefer Thai style, hot spicy curry, but that's not the vibe here. The audience are tourists with young kids who want tame food. Not a bad thing, just be aware of it.
There was also a vegan "crab" cakes appetizer that looked great, which I didn't try.
This and all the other restaurants inside the resorts are a great option for dinner after a long day at the theme parks, or on a day that you're only going to Disney Springs and *not* paying for a park ticket.
The Grand Floridian is GORGEOUS, and you can see basically all of it, even if you're NOT staying at the resort. (The restaurant is inside the resort.) Plan time before or after your meal to listen to the live pianist (!!!) and soak in the stunning decor. Plenty of room to walk around outdoors as well. Free bus takes you to Disney Springs and other Disney properties. No need to pay for an Uber.
Pros: Vegan options marked, Live pianist and amazing decor, Vegan dishes are also allergy-friendly

The Enchanted Rose Lounge - Drinks & Hummus - Edit
This review is for the Enchanted Rose.
Read moreWe stopped by two Disney resorts for drinks and a snack, both with a bill of $50-55 with tip. The Grand Floridian was our favorite.
We ordered drinks and the hummus. Just check with the server or read what liquors are vegan as they do have a few cream based and drinks with campari that are not vegan.
Only vegan item on the menu was the hummus with pita. The hummus was pretty delicious! A great flavor with spices, tapenade, and crispy chickpeas. The pita that came with it was a bit underwhelming. The hummus was definitely the star.
For any vegan disney food help look for the green leaf. Its on most menus or check out this page from Disney: https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/dining/plant-based/#drawer-card-drawerPlantBasedResorts
I also liked reading blogs from vegan Disney goers for additional tips.
Pros: Great hummus, Some delicious vegan friendly cocktails
Cons: Pita is underwhelming, Few options

Not worth the price, but that’s Disney! - Edit
We visited on a weekday at 11:30am for lunch. The lunch menu includes some breakfast items and some lunch items. I ordered the a avocado toast which is vegan as is. It was great after I added salt and pepper, but it was not worth the $13 price tag. I wouldn’t go out of my way to visit again when there are better options.
Read morePros: Several vegan options, Not very busy, Beautiful atmosphere of course
Cons: Uncomfortable seating-table was awkward

5-Star Burger - Edit
The burger was perfectly prepared. The smashed patty, the toppings, the bun, everything was amazing ! They also have allergy-friendly/vegan rolls & Earth Balance for the free bread service. Walk-ups are usually available, and definitely worth it!

NOT the same experience as other revieweer - Edit
Based on the other review and Disney's reputation, I went there with a friend with high hopes of actually getting to eat a great meal in the "most wonderful place on Earth"...WRONG! I informed them when I made the reservation and when I arrived and I was assured by both that I would be meeting the chef and awaiting a fabulous vegan creation. I awaited alright...waited forever and the chef never came out. When the waiter finally came to take our order I informed him that the chef had not come out yet and he said well that's because you are only vegan. I mentioned that there were no options on the menu, but that I was assured I would have dining fare. He then said to just pick something and we will hold the meat, cheese etc. NOT what I was expecting and he couldn't even answer my questions about ingredients so that I would know what to "hold". Finally the chef came out and basically said what's the problem you are vegan so just order something and we'll leave the meat and cheese out. The bright side is he did know ingredients, but instead of creating something wonderful or even substituting a vegan ingredient for one I choose not to ingest I just had to order off the menu and leave off all sauces, cheese, and butter. NOT SO MAGICAL :(
Read morePros: beautiful setting, great time with friend
Cons: no options on menu, no options given for vegans from chef, was made to feel a bother as a vegan

Grand Floridan is a surprising vegan treat - Edit
Prior to going to Disney World, I looked at various vegan blogs regarding Disney World and read good reviews in reference to the Grand Floridan Cafe and Chef TJ's accommodating vegans for dinner. When I arrived there for breakfast, we were asked about allergies and dietary choices ( he's vegetarian and I'm vegan)and after this, the hostess told us the chef would come to our table to discuss food choices based on this information. I didn't expect much, probably oatmeal or fruit but surprisingly, Chef Johnathan presented me with a plate of Mickey Mouse waffles with hashbrown potatoes along with an entire block of tofu which he turned into an awesome tofu scramble. We left full the Grand Floridan full and happy. If you plan on going to the Grand Floridan, make sure you let the staff know that you're vegan and then be prepared for a delicious vegan treat!
Read morePros: Accomodating for vegans/food allergies, Friendly staff, Nice vibe
Cons: None
