Serves meat, vegan options available. One of few restaurants located on the North Rim. Regional as well as 1930's themed foods are featured throughout the menus. For lunch, there is a lodge made vegan burger, and several vegetarian dishes that can be made vegan. Salads can include vegan chicken. Dinner is similar, but without the vegan burger. Check website for details of seasonal contact details and opening. Open Mon-Sun 6:30am-10:00am, 11:30am-2:30pm, 4:30pm-9:30pm. in season

Limited vegan options - Edit
Went for breakfast. No beyond sausage in stock despite it being prominent on the menu. “No one ever asks for that” Potatoes and fruit. ✌🏻

The view IS incredible and unfortunately there just aren’t better options around, but be warned….. potatoes and fruit. Bring your own groceries if you’re visiting the canyon
Update: went back for dinner. They did have the beyond burger! But first they brought a meat based cheeseburger to the table by mistake.

This restaurant in located optimally. The lodge and dining room are beautiful. The menu offers several vegan and vegetarian options. Food is surprisingly good. This is a convenient place to eat in a great place to visit.
