Daytime restaurant offering a couple of vegan options on its standard menu, including roasted cauliflower, potato-leek soup, white beans salad, mushrooms on toast, veggie croquette on toast, and moestuin (veggie garden) salad or toast. Vegan high tea is amazing

Went to enjoy a High Tea with my dad last Thursday. My dad ordered the animal-based high tea and I went with the vegan High Tea. My review will focus on the vegan version.
Word of warning; the vegan high tea needs to be booked a day in advance, and the high tes are only available from 14:30 till 17:00.

Due to the lack of vegan availability in Baarn, I was afraid to get my hopes up, but I was pleasantly surprised!
The high tea consists of unlimited tea and coffee (including (vegan)milk based coffees) 2 rounds, one savory/lunch style, and one with sweets. The savory round was good but not extraordinary. Avocado toast, wrap with seasonal veggies from their own garden, tomato soup, and a roasted couliflower floret.
The second round though, with the sweets and cakes, was really really delicious! The cakes, pies, tarts and brownies were of great structure. Firm, airy, soft, crunchy whatever they were supposed to be, they were.
Flavours were amazing and they weren't too sweet or heavy either!
They really blew me away with their vegan High Tea sweets and I will 100% be back for it.

Their normal menu also offers some vegan options but those are limited. For plantbased milks in your coffee they will charge extra.
Staff was very friendly and attentive.

Pros: Sweets were delicious, Full plates and wide range

Cons: Not fully vegan, Self service (outside of the high tea)
