One of the Few Places to Get Vegan Food in Giethoorn Village - Edit
Grand Cafe Fanfare is a popular eatery with a few vegan options. I got the vegan burger which was rather ‘meaty’ hahaha with a Moving Mountain Patty. Nice view of whimsical houses and boat rides. Giethoorn is a popular tourist attraction known for being a car-free village, and also for the movie Fanfare. However, there aren’t many vegan options in this village. Grateful that this eatery did offer several choices! My non-veg companion enjoyed their food too.

There were few vegan options. I ordered a vegan burger and fries. It was a large portion with an average taste. It is a nicely decorated restaurant and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

I had the vegan burger which was nice. It came with a side salad that was necessary to put on the burger since it came without salad. The vegan avocado mayonnaise was good too.
