Not great as take-away

Ordered food online to collect, it didn't really hold up too well to being boxed and got a bit soggy, but was fairly tasty. I had ordered a vegan pastry too which they forgot to put in the order. I'd go back to try sitting in next time.

Little disappointed

I wanted to order the waffles with blueberry and this isn’t at 12pm and they were sold out. This tells me that they aren’t made fresh but pre-made and reheated to order. Not what I want or expect when I’m paying top money.

I went for the beans on toast with tofu, not much flavour and you had to hunt for the tofu, small portions for the price you’re paying, the apple juice is also the cheap kind.

The person I was with (not vegan) also didn’t enjoy their meal.

There is no customer service here at all, the staff seat you take your order and bring you the card reader for payment. All very cold and unfriendly.

Cons: Expensive , Cold environment , Unfriendly staff

Vegan options everywhere!

I had an amazing brunch at Grams and found it hard to pick between all the vegan options available! I ended up going for the Turkish “eggs” (scrambled tofu), which was lovely. All the cakes were vegan friendly and the price point was great for Stockbridge, too!

Pros: Lots of vegan options, Cakes all vegan , Price

Instagrammable brunch and lunch!

Finally managed to try the famous vegan waffles after seeing them all over my Insta feed. I had the plant based and jelly which came with granola, nuts, fresh strawberries and cashew cream. They keep refined sugars to a minimum here which is nice.

My dining companion's "say cheese" avocado on toast also looked pretty good.

It was a lovely meal and can't wait to come back and try one of their wholesome lunch bowls.

Nice lunch

Good to get back into Grams and it’s a pretty good lunch options. I had the cheese avo on staff recommendation and it was fab. My partner in crime had lots of waffles and sweet things which looked great.
Good stuff.

Amazing brunch!

Grams have plenty of vegan options. I had the ‘say cheese’ and I think it was one of the best brunches I’ve ever had! Very reasonably priced and the decor is lovely. Staff are also very friendly.

Awesome breakfast!

Great coffee, many choices for breakfast, brunch or lunch. And a lot a vegan options! I had the Plant Based Breakfast and I was not disappointed at all. Generous portions and delicious (a bit too spicy for me though).

Brunch with both style and substance

Grams has quite a few vegan options on their menu. The decor is stylish and very pink and the food not only looks great but tastes amazing too. We had both lots of vegan waffles- Plant based and jelly & Facon me crazy. Would definitely recommend.

Pros: Vegan waffles! , Stylish cafe, food both looks and tastes great , Quite a few vegan options

Cons: Little bit pricey but worth it

Best brunch in Edinburgh

grams (and their sister restaurant plant bae) are the best places for vegan brunch in edinburgh right now! Plant bae is vegetarian but like 98% vegan. Grams is mainly vegan too. Both have a similar and delicious menu. Amazing sweet and savoury choices. I’ve tried pretty much everything on the menu and loved it ALL. Cannot recommend this place more. Would have given 5 stars but not allowed to.

Pros: Lots of vegan options, Unusual and delicious options, Good value for money

Cons: None
