Best vegan japanese - Edit
This place is amazing if you want a healthy japanese lunch based on traditional Buddhist cooking, which leaves you feeling nourished but light afterwards. The set meal we had for the day was delicious and delicate (they make the tofu themselves!)
Read moreIn terms of sweets, the sesame latte was delicious, as well as the matcha cookie and black sesame roll! Unfortunately you couldn’t taste the matcha much in the matcha latte, probably because the flavor of their homemade soy milk is overpowering. Next time I would order it with almond milk instead.
Overall we had such a great lunch experience here, would love to go back on our next trip to Paris. 🌸✨

If you've been there before, know that they started serving hot meals at the end of last year, and at the same time they added a new eat-in space.
The dishes are inspired from taiwanese cuisine and they use tofu (homemade) in all sorts of different ways.
They offer a lunch set (€22) which includes a miso soup, an appetizer and a main dish.
They also propose a couple of dessert sets, with options being a Douhua (traditional taiwanese dessert, named «fleur du tofu« in the menu), a chocolate tart, muffins or cookies.
The food was excellent, they really know how to use tofu!
The service is adorable as well.
In summary, this is a place that deserves to be better known.

Wee gem up an absolutely gorgeous street. We loved it! I had the golden latte which was delicious, and the mushroom tofu broth bowl, which was INSANELY delicious. The little salad that comes with it is just beautiful. My husband got the special which was similar, mushrooms and tofu (they make all their own tofu too!) In a Taiwanese style sauce. Both meals just delicious!!!

Un endroit cosy dans la vivante Rue Mouffetard . Une cuisine fine et élégante à base de tofu sous toutes ses formes ( frit, ferme, soyeux ) fait maison, des saveurs Umami et des plats élaborés. Super desserts et boissons à base de laits végétaux.

I love tofu and Graines du Jour really know how to prepare tofu. I had the menu which consists of a soup and appetiser and a main plate. The soup had a really lovely base. I ordered the tofu with the black garlic as my appetiser. Again really lovely flavours and the tofu was delicious.
Read moreFor my main plate, I ordered the fried tofu which came with rice and spinach and goji. The sauce they poured on the tofu again was delicious and I really enjoyed it. It was with red and white radish.
I was too full for a dessert but I did order a hot chocolate which is made with the almond milk they make there.
Very nice service and a nice area to sit in.

Located in Paris 5, at 110 rue Mouffetard close to Vegan Folies !! boulevard Voltaire, this sign is a coffee shop and tasting of plant based milk!

Soy milk and almond milk, an artisanal alternative to industrial soy drinks!

The place opened in December 2020 is a real challenge in France to change prejudices about plant lais.
Sesame soy milk is delicious, not very sweet and very smooth.
It allowed me to have a very good breakfast with milk that was really different from what I was able to drink.
Almond milk is also available with dates and it's really worth the cost!
The welcome was very friendly, the manager was able to explain his project to me and we were able to discuss the possible changes in his brand.
In short, in the mythical rue Mouffetard in Paris, I had a great time discovering this atypical store.
All that's missing is cupcakes to make this place happy!
