They have a few good vegan food options. The new manager gave me a tip for ordering online: Make sure to select ‘No Mozzarella’ in addition to selecting ‘Add Vegan Mozzarella”. The bowls are all really good too!

Though there is whey and some other non-vegan items, most everything was already vegan or able to have adjustments (ex. Everything avocado, hold the cream cheese). The smoothies and bowls we ordered were very good and beautiful colors!

Healthy gem in Tampa - Edit
Grain and Berry is the only place we found that was health-based. They have a variety of great selections for smoothies and bowls. Got a couple of bowls and avocado toasts. Simple but very delicious.

They up-charge for swapping out dairy products for non-dairy products. - Edit
The title pretty much says it all. They have vegan options but they charge you a lot to have them. Vegan food is inherently cheaper than animal products so the reason they are up-charging is clearly not because they need to. I’m not even saying that it should be cheaper to choose the vegan option, but at the very least it shouldn’t cost more.
