CLOSED: Gracias Madre Raw Food

I´m vegan since 2007 but in all those years raw food could never convince me no matter how often I tried it. But then we fund this lovely place. The only reason we tried it was because it was sooo close to our accomodation during our stay in Hamburg. All of us, even my mother who had never heard about raw food (although she is vegan,too) was very satisfied! We tried the Hollywood bowl that was quite amazing und after that had different desserts like Tiramisu and cakes and they all were so damn good! In the end we bought some of the home made vegetable chips and went home very satisfied and surprised. Don´t miss this place we are sure to recommend it! By the way the staff/owner explained everything to us like ingedients and so on :)

Came here once to enjoy a great raw meal along with cucumber lemonade an NY cheese cake for dessert!! Gracias Madre is a small and stylish restaurant with great service but a bit too pricey!!
Still the NY cheese cake is def worth a visit!

This is my new favorite spot in Hamburg. It's in a great location, in the heart of Goldbeker. The food was phenomenal. I had the kelp noodles, tiramisu and a chocolate chip cookie. The staff is super friendly and speaks English. The place is adorable and decorated well. Service was prompt and prices are reasonable overall but a bit steep for the desserts. Currently they don't take any cards so I had to hike to an ATM to pay my bill but the guy there said they're working in installing a machine.
