Amazing Vibes - Edit
Holss is a must visit in Palomino. Great food, service, and ambiance. They offer breakfast, a menu of the day, and also have varias small plates to share that are fresh, creative, delicious and well priced. Not to mention the vegan and gf desserts!

Bad service. - Edit
The waiter did not order my meal. When I asked about it she said I didn’t order. I asked to order again and had to stand in line again. After I ordered my boyfriend already finished his meal (which was very small) and I told here I’m here for a long time and please hurry my dish. There was at least ten dishes the same as mine being given to other people while I wait for more ther An hour and a half for my meal. At the end the food was not even so great and the service was the worst. I would give zero stars if I could. Will not return.

The food is extremely well prepared, the environment is spacious, open air and fits the local nature ecology. Best to order two separate plates, as the portions are small, but tasty. If you are more than one person, order Chinese style and share among your many plates. I thought the Coliflor Taco was the best. The beverage options are good and many, but make sure you tell them to bring it to you first. My red berry drink only came with the meal when it was too late because I didn't want to mix fruits with the core meals.

This restaurant is so beautiful, the juicy plants, the furniture, the big space, just so pretty! I went here for breakfast after my disappointing vegan breakkie in my hotel. Their "power pancakes" were super filling and honestly delicious, with a lot of good and healthy ingredients.😍 The chai latte was ok, a bit too much cardamom. Staff is very friendly and gives you water for free.😊 It is on the pricier range but ok for what you get. I would come back!

We went there for lunch and got the menu of the day which consisted of vegetable rice, a salad, a vegan mayonnaise, a chickpea salad and some fried dough with mushroom and the food was really good. They have a few more vegan options too, most of them are for breakfast. Also, they serve smoothies and vegan cakes but only one cake was available when we went there.

Wow we almost missed this place, if not for a hidden sign! We had the hummous dish,meal of the day and pancakes. The kids liked it so much they started eating before I could get pictures before the destruction!!!

Our favorite restaurant in Palomino. The place looks new and they have a great variety of very creative fresh and healthy dishes. We normally never visit the same restaurant twice, but 20k for the menu del dia and the lovely food made us return over and over again.

Filling and healthy - Edit
I stopped in for lunch and had the offering of the day which was a drink and a bowl with chickpeas, rice, avocado, different veggies. It came with a little cup which I wasn't sure if it was soup or a thin sauce for the bowl but it was delicious. The bowl itself was a tad bland but it was filling and all the ingredients were fresh and healthy.

Comer en Holss es un regalo para el paladar. Todos los platos que preparan son súper sabrosos y nutritivos y una vez lo pruebes querrás comer ahí cada día. El ambiente es relajado y todo el staff super amable. Una mención especial a Aura Delfina, que siempre nos ha atendido con la mayor de las sonrisas y ha aprendido algunas palabras en catalán :D

Big portions of healthy food but SLOW service - Edit
Big huge portions of food, very beautifully plated. Vegan options. Very filling. They served us coffee that was cold, as in never heated up to begin with. Service was REALLY slow considering there were only 3 other patrons in the establishment. No one was wearing masks which is a huge no for me.

For dessert I had a cheese less cheesecake for an additional 9,000.

Holss has changing daily vegan menus, that are regional and the most delicious if you’re looking for vegan food in Palomino. I’ve traveled Colombia for quite some time and I haven’t found a place like this. The owners and staff are extremely friendly and answer all the questions about the contiments and about their project.

There is no doubt that this is the tastiest and healthiest food in Palomino, and is one you definitely shouldn’t miss! They have a set menu that changes each day, and every time it is equally as delicious! I couldn’t recommend this place any more!

Best food in Palomino - Edit
I was so happy to find a fully vegan place here in Palomino. The food is truly delicious! They serve breakfast and lunch and have just 1 menu of the day, so no choice, but that's no problem at all as it's all very good what they serve. And it's different everyday, so you can easily go here daily. I wish they also served dinner :)

Setting is incredibly peaceful, wholesome, rustic, homely, a beautiful hut structure in a leafy and flowery garden.

I am a food snob, but her parmesan is as good as mine if not..... (cannot complete sentence)
Everything served here is completely FRESH made every day, no waste and no reheated stuff, not only everything I tried was a mouthgasn, but it is all beyond healthy.
So fregrant and a chilled atmosphere.
Aura is definitely an inspiration, her food, stays simple, yet elaborate in the preparation of it.
One of my favourite finds EVER.
