My new favorite in Mexico City - Edit
This is probably the best restaurant in Mexico City right now. Everything was perfect during our visit today: from the attention of the staff, to the quality of the food, but what really made this place stand out to me were the details. Simple things such as having a decent supply of napkins on the table (some much fancier and expensive restaurants are really miserable about the napkins, ketchup, soy sauce, and so on), waiters in good mood and taking care of a restaurant in full capacity quickly. The food is traditional mexican, delicious and there's a large variety.

Impressive Veg Meats - Edit
Some of the most realistic veg meats I've had. Their meat sandwich was WAY too 'meaty' for my liking that it actually grossed me out a little bit. This is more of a testament to how good of an alternative it was rather than a misstep on their end. I went back and got something else and it was fantastic! Very impressive food.

We had their Chilaquiles and Enchiladas Suizas. Both were incredibly flavourful. I made the mistake of eating churros beforehand so I couldn’t quite finish, but can absolutely recommend.

Lovely little restaurant in a great location, great food for the price with so much choice. They also sell meat alternatives which is great if you're staying in an AirB&B and want to do your own cooking! Got so excited at the food, I didn't take a picture, but the drink (pictured) was great too (Kombuchella)

Read moreWe ordered, using an online delivery and it was great. We got a burrito pastor, a taco and a quesadilla poblano. The order was quick, the order was correct and everything was delicious! Flavors were good and it was still hot on delivery. Can’t wait to go into the restaurant.

We ended up here for dinner or dessert for 3 days. The baja tacos were super good. Flautas were like a soup combo, and awesome textures, taco milanesa was off the chain, just keep it simple. Volcan was great when you got into it. Went for dessert one night and it was excellent. Cake was a little coconutty, which my partner doesnt normally like, but so good she got past it real quick. Cherry ice cream wasnt crazy sweet, which was actually a huge asset to diversify the sweet chocolate

We ordered 5 campechano tacos for 99 pesos and 2 volcanes. The tacos were smaller than the regular ones hence the cheaper price but upon looking at the regular sized tacos and the amount of filling in those, I would order the larger ones instead next time.
Read moreThe milanesa volcanes were pretty tasty but they were kinda skimpy on the topping with only a few strips of milanesa on each. Maybe we just went on a bad day but I was a little disappointed given how popular this place is.
Edited: we went back and tried the chilaquiles and stuffed chili burrito. Both very, very good.
