the best Indian food I have ever had - Edit

I love to eat Indian food and this was amazing, I had several options on the buffet that were vegan and they were all delicious.

All good what I had twice food there. it was very good. We stayed in temples room. It is Indian cuisine restaurant. So, mostly all food taste as Indian just very pure food. Please, come and try!

Worth The Drive - Edit

The restaurant is located in the lodge next to the Hare Krishna temple. I stopped in for lunch on a Friday. I asked about Vegan options. I was given a few options, but told that most items contain ghee. I ordered the Philly Wrap (no cheese or sauce). The Philly was great. If you’re lacto, this place has a lot to offer. Vegan options are limited, but I’d visit again for the Philly. Bonus: Across the street there’s a path where you can walk along a pond and see peacocks roaming around.

Pros: Vegetarian Menu, Casual Dining

Cons: Limted Vegan Options, Remote Location

Saturday Feast - Edit

I enjoyed having dinner at Govinda's Restaurant on a Saturday night and went to the Swan Boat Festival after. The halava (a type of sweet desert) was amazing as well as the other entrees and the puris that just came out of the oven/stovetop.
