HARTA COMIDA A BUEN PRECIO - Edit
Pros: big portions, tasty, good vibe
Cons: non all vegan

Good food, great value - Edit
Went there on saturday. While the sign on the door says mondays to fridays (which made us hesitate), the opening hours from their facebook are correct and after ringing the bell we were let in.
They had a set menu with two different main courses to choose, including a small salad, juice and desert. We were told that on saturdays all options are vegan and we tried both the corn soup and the spagehtti with pesto.
Everything was simple but tasty and great value, with the menu at 2500 pesos with the soup and 3000 with the spaghetti.
Pros: Nice space, Great value

Tasty veggielunch - Edit
Govinda's current location is: General Cruz 539 (between Av. Pedro Montt and Calle Independencia). The address on here is incorrect. To double check, you can always google them and check out their facebook page.
I just had a good lunch there today. We shared one regular set meal (2,300 CLP) and one compledo (2,800 CLP). The compledo was a tasty lasagna, and it came with both a side salad and a dessert. The regular set meal was a hearty curry barley soup and came with salad or dessert. Both came with bread (with 2 dips) and warm herbal tea (too sweet).
It was satisfying and reasonably priced. They are open just for lunch. In fact, I couldn't find any other veggie restaurant in town that is open for dinner.
Pros: good food at low prices
Cons: lunch only, only 2 choices

Unsure of status - Edit
I stopped by on a weekday, midday -- it was definitely the right building, with painted references to Krishna (the building seemed to contain not just a restaurant, but a center), but it was closed up tight and without a reference to anything food-related. Perhaps someone with some more recent information can comment as to whether it is still operating, but I was pessimistic based on the looks of it. (For this reason, please disregard the cow rating here, which the system requires!)
cheap and tasty - Edit
per day they seem to have 2 to 3 menu options which cost around 2000$ and to some you may choose a postre or salad or sometimes both. The atmosphere is interesting and calm, the food is really tasty and fresh. it's worth going there not just one time.
Its also easy to find: just walk along Plaza Ecuador, leave the fruit marktes and little shops on your right behind and see the yellow house just right at the start of the av. Ecuador. It's painted with Krishna and Cultural Center drawings
Pros: value, taste, freindly

Very satisfying - Edit
If you're planning on going to Govinda's- make sure you write down the address. There is no sign in front alerting patrons of its location. Up a narrow set of stairs lies a very sweet little Hare Krishna restaurant. The food is absolutely amazing and the atmosphere is interesting. At the start of my meal I was given a cup of something that tasted like pear juice which was quite good. We requested to have whatever they were serving that was vegan. I think everything there for the most part is. The waitress said that there are more meal options if you arrive earlier on. We got some sort of fried dumplings with potato in them, very flavorful and soft brown rice, a delicious salad, and one other item that I can't remember. It was one of the least expensive and best meals I had in all of South America- I highly recommend eating here!
Pros: Food, Prices, Location
Cons: Building unmarked
quite cheap - Edit
A lot of student can find there a vegetarian lunch at very low prices. its not a restaurant seriously speaking, but it has a healthy lunch every day monday to friday. The building is ugly but clean.
Pros: cheap
Cons: ugly, no variety
