This food makes you feel good

Don't forget to ring the bell when entering - also, it's in the building with the sign for the yoga studio ;)
I had the menu with vegan spreads and great bread, a very yummy soup and a lasagna in the colours of a sunshine - it made my tummy happy, and also my mood. It's really good quality food, go and try it out when you have the chance.

Pros: Great quality of the food, Friendly staff who knows English

Cons: A little bit tough to find, Vegetarian deserts mostly

Delicious food at the Hare Krishnas'

We had a daily set menu and a salad with seitan - I don't know what Chileans are doing to their seitan, but it's out of this world delicious! It was so flavoursome and just brought the (otherwise quite boring) salad to the next level. Coconut curry served as a main for the set menu was also very nice, I loved the combo with almonds, aromatic coconut cream and crunchy veggies. Their bread is fantastic and you can also buy it in front of Banco de Chile in the old town (the one on Avenida Balmaceda) at lunchtime.

Pros: great value for money, delicious food and bread

Cons: hard to find, only open 1-3pm Mon-Fri

Don't miss this wonderful food!

It's true it's a hidden place for a foreigner but if you ask around people will tell you where it is! The food was excellent! We ate the daily menu (included a salad, some bread, the dish and juice) and a hamburguer. All things were great, homemade, delicious taste, the quality of the food was really good. The restaurant has a nice patio and some indoor tables. There are other activities such as yoga and you can buy bread and other things to take home. The atmosphere was awesome, very calm and friendly, nice music playing. Friendly staff and not expensive at all! It's only open during lunch time, from13 - 15h and make sure to get there early cos we weren`t lucky enough to try the vegan lasagna that everyone recommends!
I highly recommend this restaurant for everyone who wants a good, homemade, healthy meal!

Pros: Good food, Patio, Not expensive

This is a great hidden gem. It is literally hidden behind a locked door. You have to ring the bell to get in. Great, cheap, simple, healthy food. Very nice outdoor seating area. They also sell frozen veggie burger patties, nuggets, etc. Friendly staff.

Pros: great value, tasty healthy food

Cons: uncomfortable seating

Healthy and wholesome food cooked with love. Paid 1500 pesos for plato del estudiante, which was some wholemeal bread; homemade mayonnaise; lettuce, beetroot, carrot; and a curry type dish with brown (wholegrain) rice. Also included juice of the day (peach). Staff very friendly and passionate about preparing and sharing their food.
Followed with desert - a large cookie made with almond meal, quinoa and sultanas - delicious!

Pros: staff friendly, beautiful food, fresh
