Just opened on Monday, October 3 - Edit
Nicely remodeled. I am not sure if it would ever become like a restaurant, but for now it is like a cafeteria. you choose what you want and they put it on a "plate" or you can have it to go. Person behind the counter very friendly and courteous.
Pros: Most of the dishes were vegan and gluten free.
Cons: Not a lot of choices and you cannot substitute sin
