Vegan Versions of Local Foods - Edit
I went here multiple times while on a two-week work trip. I was delighted by being able to get veganized versions of local dishes, including their trio sampler (pictured) of maniçoba, tacacá, and vatapá. Absolutely filling and delicious. I also tried a number of their great desserts at the coffee bar in the front of the shop. Sometimes the service was a little slow, so I made sure to go when I had a little time to spend. On the flip side, that meant I could take my time eating there. They also had a lot of outlets near the seats so I could charge my phone.

Cheguei faminta e pedi um amazon bowl, que nada mais é que um prato de maniçoba. O atendente muito atencioso perguntou se eu tinha alguma restrição alimentar (e ainda bem que perguntou, pois sou vegana e tem coisas lacto vegetarianas lá). O prato estava muito bom! Depois também comprei um salgado e um pastel de cupuaçu e todos estavam perfeitos. Vou voltar com certeza!

Indian restaurant with good vegan options available. We ate a vegan version of "Maniçoba", a typical dish from Pará. It was worth the experience.
