Delicious and creative with so many vegan options. - Edit
Delicious , fresh, and creative sandwich shop. This is my go-to place in Blairstown. Any item can be customized for a vegan diet. There are even vegan desserts! I LOVE this place!

What a find this place is! The food was incredible... especially the Southwest Tofu Burrito (made vegan) and the Vegan Chocolate Cake! Staff was beyond friendly and accommodating. We will be stopping here every time we’re in Blairstown: )

This gem is near my sister's house and we make it our Go To place when I visit from NYC. It's terrific for take-away or a casual sit-down.
Read moreThis weekend we had a vegan pecan cake, quinoa peanut salad and a vegetarian soup. (Not in that order). Fresh salads were being brought from the kitchen as we were deciding our full order and each one looked better than the last. Their soups are always delicious.
The choices for non-dairy milk extend beyond the usual almond milk to an excellent oat milk from the UK, Minor Figures.
The atmosphere is relaxed and there are always a few people sitting and chatting away the time. Finally, there is an excellent health food store across the street which is perfect to wander into after a bite to eat.
Pros: vegan options, incl desserts, great soups, homemade salads

Came across this cute little spot when traveling home to NY from the Poconos- Great stop! We have the spicy Korean grilled tofu sandwich! So delicious- grabbed a kombucha from the fridge and sat and ate. Great vibe and cute cafe! Restaurant next door offers waited tables , cafe is more grab and go. Coffee with alternative dairy options and several other vegan options on the menu, plus two vegan specials. Also offer veganaise and cashew based mozzarella cheese to substitute and make any sandwich vegan. Very friendly staff and veg- knowledgeable

My favorite restaurant - Edit
This is our favorite place to eat. It's actually the only place my husband and I will eat out unless we're on vacation or meeting up with friends. They have a couple of vegan items on the lunch menu, but they can also make most of the remaining menu items vegan as well. If you go for dinner, the menu only contains one or two vegan items, and sometimes there is a vegan special. However, if you're not in the mood for any of those items, you can ask for the lunch menu- they have always been happy to accommodate us.

Two Vegetarians, Two Not - Edit
We stopped here on our way from South Jersey to Bushkill Falls. We had afternoon brunch and though they were about to close for the afternoon, the staff was welcoming and awesome! The food was fresh...avocados, bagels, eggs...all were perfect. The prices were super reasonable, so don't let the "gourmet" deter you, it only refers to the wonderful food and not the price you'll pay for it. On top of all of that, it was decorated with original artwork that was enjoyable to check out while we waited for our orders. Pleased both our vegetarians and meat eaters (and actually the bacon looked like high quality meat from a local butcher, even though I don't eat it). All of us were very satisfied!

Cute Cozy Restaurant with Country Style Front porch seating. Will Substitute Tofu and Veganaise for any listed Sanwhich or wrap. Also a couple unique dedication Vegan Options. Totally worth the stop!!
