I dined here on July 15th, 2024. I was expecting a wonderful place from other reviews but found the Gourmet Food Parlor to be lacking in both food and service.
Read moreI ordered the superfood salad. It was just ok and the portion size was small, especially since it was considered to be a main and was priced accordingly. There wasn't much in it by way of protein other than the seeds. The beets and squash were minimal. The dressing was delicious however! I left still hungry. I might have stuck around and ordered dessert but it was a bit cold and the service was poor. I had no desire to prolong my stay at this restaurant.
Our waitress had taken our order and brought our food, but other than that, never bothered to check on us. We had a difficult time getting someone to bring our bill.
It was a very cool, breezy day and we were seated outside. We noticed that there were little gas braziers throughout the outdoor dining area, but the one near us was not lit. We asked our waitress to turn it on and she said she would get somebody to do that. Nobody ever came.
Based on the above, I have to say my experience was not the best. Next time I'll look for a different place.

Great place near the airport - Edit
We came straight here after flying in. We had a great meal. I got the Vegan big breakfast and it was great. Never had an Irish breakfast with vegan sausage and beans, mushrooms, tomatoes and toast! Big portions! The service was great. It was a lovely first meal in Ireland!

Tasty Vegan Breakfast - Edit
The breakfast menu includes a delicious "Vegan Big Breakfast" featuring vegan sausage, pudding and butter. Would definitely recommend this option. That's the sole breakfast option. There are a couple of vegan lunch options, but they're not as good in my opinion. The restaurant currently has lots of outdoor dining space with a nice ambience.

Cute store right next to the Crowne Plaza Dublin Airport, where you can enjoy a vegan irish breakfast or one of the other clearly marked vegan options. Staff is super nice and the prices are good. Would especially recommend if you’re staying in the area and are not sure about the vegan options at your hotel’s breakfast buffet.
