As its especially difficult to get (multiple) vegan options an the Slovenian coast, I liked that they offer vegan Pizza, Ravioli and a creative vegan salad; although the vegan cheese was not available during our visit! The venue is also very nice and cozy. For sitting outside a reservation is needed in the main season.

We did not find the vegan risotto on the menu and it had only two types of vegan pizza, but the one with vegatables and vegan mozarella was very good.

I had the vegan Pizza, two times. It was pretty good. Stuff was a bit in hurry but for us not that important. They also offer Vegan Noodles and a vegan salat.

We had dinner yesterday because i found out through Happy Cow the pizzeria has multiple vegan options. They serve 2 pizzas, 1 vegan pizza margerita and 1 vegan pizza with vegan mozarella and lots of veggies. I had the second one and it did not disappoint! Staff is really friendly too and we sat by the street on the terrace which is really cosy too.

The menu was different from the one still hanging outside because it changing every once in a while, so be aware of that.
Read moreOn the new menu we had more than enough vegetarian choices and also fine vegan choices! We took the asparagus ravioli (vegan) and the gnocchi with homemade pesto (vega). Were both very tasty and it was a good filling portion! The staff was also very nice to explain and translate everything.

I had the vegetable vegan pizza and it was great. They also have a vegan margherita and two other items on the menu which were marked vegan - one was a pasta and the other a cauliflower dish. Prices for these dishes were 10-15 euros. I love the location of this restaurant, the area is so nice with beautiful tall trees. Plus there’s parking nearby. Friendly staff too.

We both had a vegan pizza. Dough was incredible, fresh toppings and ingredients. We usually order pizza without cheese regardless because vegan cheese on pizza is always disappointing - we thought we would give it a try based on reviews but sadly it was not to our taste. Better for cheese toasties maybe - had a cheddar vibe. Service was excellent and it was lovely to sit outside and watch the world go by.

Very good vegan food in Izola - Edit
During a day trip in Izola we were looking for vegan food and found this one on Happy Cow. There are several vegan dishes and they are clearly labelled on the menu. We shared a cauliflower dish and had 2 vegan pizzas🍕. Everything was absolutely delicious !

Wow! We stumbled upon this restaurant looking for a different vegan place and were so surprised with the food. The menu was clearly labeled and had lots of vegan options. The waiter did not speak much English but we made it work. I got the mushroom soup, we both ordered the ravioli, and we ordered a cheese pizza (omg wow). Honestly the pizza was out of this world. Once we got there we were reading other reviews and after trying the pizza we understand why another reviewer said they came 8 times, it’s THAT good. Great stop for lunch on your way to Piran!

We had their pizza 8 times within our 2 weeks of stay, due to its crunchy fluffy bread sides and thin, tasty cheese middle. The location is greatly position on a spot where live music is played. The prices are a bit expensive and an odd thing we noticed was how they refused to serve us food at 21:00 (an hour before closing.

Es ist ein sehr hübscher und gemütlicher Restaurant mit vielen Sitzplätzen im Freien. Bedienung freundlich und behilflich. Interessante Einrichtung. Parkplätze sind um die Ecke, in 2 Minuten ist man beim Restaurant. Einige vegane Optionen auf der Karte. Ich habe ein Salat mit gegrillten Karfiol und Erdnüssen bestellt, sowie eine vegane Margerita mit veganem Käse. Beides sehr gut. Vor allem Pizza hat mich restlos überzeugt. Gerne wieder.

It seems to be quite a popular restaurant in the city, there were many people but we still managed to find an outdoor table to sit there with our big dog during lunch time.

Vegan options clearly labeled, vegan appetizers main courses and pizzas with vegan cheese. We had mushroom soup, fried cauliflowers and ravioli, everything was very well prepared and tasty. Friendly staff. Highly recommended to any vegans visiting the area.

Great vegan lunch in lovely surrounding - Edit
We had some plant based ravioly together with one of the salad bowls. Both very tasty and well sized portions. Unfortunately they couldn't offer a vegan milk for coffee. Still the food was extremely good and the stuff very friendly. We will come back if we afe comung back to the city!
