Tasty Seitan subs!

This was my third or fourth time going. Very friendly staff and the love the ability to get any sandwich as a vegan option where they swap in Seitan or eggplant! Food is really good and has been really consistent!

Pros: Ability to make any sandwich vegan , Tasty Seitan

Every sub can be made vegan with seitan or fried eggplant

Banh Mi & Pgh sub. All subs can be made vegan using seitan or eggplant. Bread was delicious. Very soft. Banh mi has a slight spice and IMO very sweet. Quick easy online ordering and pickup.

Absolutely delicious!

You are able to sub either friend eggplant or their house made seitan on any of the sandwiches. We had the Banh Mi and Szechuan Teriyaki both with seitan, fried pickles, green tea & mango coconut limeade. Everything was very fresh and so flavorful! The staff was also very friendly!

Pros: Veg & vegan friendly , Very affordable , Fresh & house made

Yummy subs at good prices

Was so surprised that this wasn't on Happy Cow already! Any sub that they offer can be made vegan by choosing the housemade seitan or fried eggplant as the protein. Some subs would need to have cheese/mayo omitted, but if you just tell them to make it vegan they know what to do. That's the only bummer - it'd be next level if they offered vegan cheese and mayo.

The subs are seriously delicious, with homemade bread that's perfectly soft but not soft and gummy like yoga-mat Subway bread. The subs at Gorger's are super affordable - a small is $6 and a large is $9, and they're stuffed to the gills with filling.

The "panda wings" are made with fried eggplant (omit blue cheese on the side to make vegan). All in all a great find in a town that doesn't have a ton of vegan options.

Pros: vegan subs, all ingredients are housemade

Cons: no vegan cheese/mayo
