Sad they lost the vegan menu - Edit
The recent menu change removed multiple vegan options. Now you have to ask your server and will likely only have one option.

Great vegan Menu - Edit
My first time in Vegas staying at Ceasor Palace so I wanted to try the vegan menu at Hell's Kitchen
We ordered tofu scallops
Risotto
White bean in Purgatory
Coconut 3 ways- dessert
Overall the service and the food were Great.
Wish they had more vegetables in the rissotto and bean Purgatory
I found it fascinating when you pay more $$$$ for plant based meals and you get smaller portions :/
Pros: Great venue and service , Good drinks
Cons: The dishes didn't have much vegetables

Save your money - please!! - Edit
What a terrible restaurant. We were visiting Vegas from the UK to celebrate our 10 year Anniversary. Unfortunately Crossroads was closed on the day of our Anniversary (we managed to go a couple of times before this date) so chose Hell’s Kitchen. Didn’t know what to expect, however based on the reservation I made whilst in the UK, it appeared to be busy so I had high hopes. Arrived at the restaurant, pretty chaotic with lots of people without reservations waiting in line. Luckily we only waited around 5 mins due to our reservation. The first lady who greeted us was extremely grumpy. A different (friendlier lady) showed us to our table shortly after. The dining hall is huge and very loud - we haven’t been anywhere else like it. Our server, Barbara, was wonderful and extremely friendly and helpful, she quickly brought us the separate vegan/ vegetarian menu once we informed her that we were vegan. We ordered most of the dishes on the vegan menu. The artichoke truffle risotto was awful - completely tasteless. The tofu scallops were bland aside from a small amount of spice sprinkled on the top. The tomatoes were okay. The potatoes and kale weren’t bad. The exotic mushrooms also not too bad. The beans and bread were very average, the 3-way coconut dessert was okay. The menu is massively overpriced - we were pretty shocked. We’ve eaten at so many cheap and expensive restaurants and there was nothing to justify the prices that they were charging. I would never return to this place due to the prices and tasteless food - the 1 star is for Barbara as she was the only thing that made our meal somewhat enjoyable. Gordon Ramsay should be ashamed - DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!

Great Food, lackluster service - Edit
Came in here with my family for a fully vegan dinner. Ordered two of the vegan risotto, two white beans in purgatory, and a potato with kale side. My beans were fantastic, same with the potato's and vegan risotto. However, one risotto we recieved was actually vegetarian which our server apologized and offered a free coconut dessert. Service felt a little bit rushed and less caring for the price and prestige of the restaurant. If you can get past the service, hopefully you get a delicious vegan meal to enjoy.

Hell's Kitchen vegan menu - Edit
The risotto, tofu scallops and the kale are potatoes were good. I love purple potatoes. The dish had mostly red but a few purple. The mushrooms were good but I probably wouldn't order them again. The star of the show and the real reason I went was the coconut gelato with the mango puree. It was amazing 🤩.

Savory vegan options - Edit
Hell's Kitchen in Las Vegas offers an exceptional dining experience, especially with its dedicated vegan and vegetarian menu that removes the guesswork for plant-based diners. I enjoyed the white beans and risotto, making for a delightful dinner. A tip for fellow diners: start with the risotto, as the beans are so flavorful that everything else might pale in comparison. While the portions are on the smaller side, the quality and taste more than make up for it. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a fine dining experience with clear vegan and vegetarian options.

Delicious but Extremely Pricy for the Portions - Edit
✨ Note that you have to request the vegan menu. ✨ We made a reservation and got right in. Ordered the quinoa (highly recommend), cauliflower starter, and seared tofu. I was shocked at how small the tofu plate was. Four small bites for over $20. I’m sure my face showed my shock. 😱 The coconut three ways was delicious and fun! But it’s extremely expensive here and I wouldn’t go again. At least they have options.

Not a ton of vegan options - Edit
The hostess was actually not great at all. Usually I try to understand and deal but I couldn’t with her. Lying about the wait time and what not. But anyways, I ordered the vegan risotto and it was good, very tiny portions. We all finished our food in less thag 10 minutes. I ordered the one vegan dessert, which was a really good experience. I highly recommend that. But the only reason we came here was because we had a $100 coupon. I definitely would not recommend coming here otherwise.

Good - Edit
I had the tofu scallops which were good but needed salt, it was lacking a bit of flavor. The truffle risotto was also good, however I like it more al dente than they made it. The best part was definitely the dessert - Coconut three ways. I wouldn’t say the flavors were outstanding but it was more a fun experience to eat here and the service was just amazing. I’m glad I went but I think they need to improve their vegan menu a bit. With that said I’m very happy to see a vegan menu at this kind of place.

Underwhelming - Edit
Coconut desert was okay, but I was expecting a slab of cake, not 4 tiny hard lumps stuck on the sorbet. The tofu scallops were tasteless but the quinoa salad was decent.

Good dessert option - Edit
We got the risotto dish and the quinoa salad. Both were ok. The coconut dessert was good. With so many vegan options in Vegas, this place could be skipped for sure. Was expecting a lot more from this place.

Unreal service. Great vegan options with an entirely seperate menu. Pricey, but you get what you pay for and the experience. Tofu scallops were really neat and vegan dessert! Cocktails were the best of the trip.

So happy to have a great amount of vegan options! I had the beans in purgatory, and the brussel sprouts. Both very delicious! Would recommend Hells Kitchen for a nice dinner out.

I got the truffle risotto. It had a nice depth of flavor but the texture was kinda glupy. I also got coconut three ways and that was a very fun and tastey dessert.

Lackluster - Edit
It was nice that they have a vegan menu, but this is a place you go for high end meat...the vegan options are an afterthought.
Read moreWe had the tofu scallops.... They are just round cuts of unflavored tofu, topped with some sauces. Really disappointing.
For the main, we had the white beans in tomato sauce. Needed more seasoning...was pretty bland
The veggie sides were the stars...roasted potatoes and kale were the most flavorful things we ate.

High quality with a but or two - Edit
I had the artichoke risotto, which was delicious but could have used more texture. We shared the beet salad, which was absolutely amazing but I wish it had been an actual salad with beets. I’m only willing to eat so many beets in one sitting and would have been happier with greens with them.

Don't recommend - Edit
We got the vegan scallops and risotto. The "scallops" were flavorless and cold. The risotto was also flavorless and soggy(not creamy, like it's supposed to be). I definitely recommend going somewhere else that gives you more flavor and more bang for your buck.

Worth it for specific items - Edit
I did a tasting menu of the vegan items. I got 6 in total. Here is my recommendations
Read moreTop tier- must get everytime.
1. Fried Artichoke and Truffle risotto- the flavor combination was like an orgasm in the mouth. Risotto was cooked perfectly and the fried artichoke added a much needed texture.
2. Coconut 3 Way-Coconut vegan sorbetto with passion fruit drizzle and haupia cake. Best desert I’ve ever had at a fancy restaurant.
3. Mini potato and kale with garlic confit side dish— flavors melded perfectly together for a perfect side
Mid tier
4. White beans in purgatory with cashew cheese and crostini. The cashew cheese was the best part. I was caught up in conversation and this dish got likewarm. It might be better when hot.
I would pass next time.
5. Sweet beet salad with granola and white balsamic vinaigrette- the texture was good, but the flavor combination didn’t work for me. The beets were also different doneness, one bite was super chewy the other was tough it was the most expensive item on the menu so it disappointed
6. Tofu Scallop with leek purée- the scallop came to me lukewarm from the kitchen- and the purée that was supposed to be chilled was Lukewarm as well. Both lacked the flavor “pop” that you get with the recommended items. So I don’t recommend this.
Overall I would say it was a good experience and worth the money for specific items. #Veganuary

Some hits but quite a few misses - Edit
Hits: tofu scallops and vegan risotto — but must love garlic and truffle
Read moreMisses: waitstaff change mid dinner to someone who was a bit rude and couldn’t even wait for us to get up before whisking everything away; timing of food was awful—hadn’t even finished salad when entrees and sides arrived, and sides were lukewarm at best; salad had way too much dressing, root vegetables were unevenly cooked and lacked flavor, mushrooms were just fair; and anyone can do coconut sorbet in a coconut. While we appreciate having a separate vegan menu immensely, I wouldn’t call it up to Gordon Ramsay standards.

Went here while in town with family and had an amazing meal. The service was incredible except one of the bar tenders was a little rude and standoffish while I was waiting for my reservation. I had the vegan risotto and omg it was the best I've ever had. Highly recommend going here, but make sure you book a reservation well in advance!

Seperate vegan and vegetarian menu - Edit
Ask for vegan options and you will get a separate card with vegetarian menus on the one side and vegan menus on the other side. I was surprised about the range of the vegan options. I chose the risotto and it was really good. I'm glad we asked for the vegan options instead of leaving because there were no vegan options on the regular Menu card.
Read moreI expected it to be not cheap, but it was actually cheaper than I expected it to be. The vegan menus were all about 20$, which I would rate as affordable for a finer restaurant.

So glad we went! - Edit
Went here for my bday. Honestly I had low expectations because Ramsay hates the vegans (or so I thought!) but I loved the show so I wanted to see inside. They had a vegetarian menu, our server knew which options were vegan, and they even brought out a surprise vegan bday dessert for me. The food was amazing. I really hope I get to go back some day.
