Wood fired veggies - Edit

When we visited, we opted for entre items that just had dairy and meat omitted, as the veggies are wood fired. The smoke infuses their food with such depth and complexity. Next visit we are going to get sides and try a veggie wrap. Vegan options didn't stop them in their tracks, so we will keep encouraging them to expand that portion of their menu and offerings.
