depends what you need - Edit
if your looking to actually do groceries for the month your better off going a block over to fortinos they carry much of the same veg products cheaper but for a quick pick up in between shops this is nice. personally i have requested they carry vegan mac and cheese, iv also enquired about a personal order of it if they dont want to carry it staff is always friendly but management never replies like they say they will. so overall just an average health food store.

Half the time what I need isn't there... - Edit
It would be nice if this location of Goodness Me would focus more on healthy options and less on bags of chips and junk food masked as health food. They say they do this to accommodate all when it results in me not shopping there as it's unreliable.

It's an OKAY store... - Edit
Vegan products are not cheaper then the ones in the Main Street Fortino's. However, it does have more vegan varieties.

This Goodness Me! location is small but ample and like most health food stores has all the necessary basics. It's location is a little off the beaten track but not by much. They have a little "deli fridge" with some pre prepared salads & wraps etc.
