Vegetarian cafe est. 2020 at the Madison Improvement Club fitness center and is open to the general public (no membership required). Serves fresh juices, smoothies, coffee and lattes, and healthful breakfast and lunch fare like oatmeal, burritos, avocado toast, tacos, and salads. Frozen soft serve, cookies, and baked treats are available as well. The kitchen stops at 2:00pm, after which is grab and go only. Open Mon-Thu 6:00am-7:30pm, Fri 6:00am-2:00pm, Sat-Sun 7:00am-2:00pm.

Wow! The food here is amazing and the service too! My mom (omnivore) and me (plant based) stopped here for brunch after an appointment down the road. So glad we found this gem tucked into a gym! We shared the fo-rizo scramble with tofu and Joe’s avocado toast. The spice in the fo-rizo was beautifully balanced and perfectly sized for sharing. The avocado toast on to die for noble bread was, well, to die for. Avocado toast is one of my things… I eat it many days a week as my lunch. I’ll be wishing I could have Joe’s by lunch tomorrow! And the matcha latte was creamy and delicious! A must try for a fresh take on fresh food.

Mostly vegan options. Nice fresh, new, clean vibe. Super nice staff. I had the Caesar the Day Salad ~ it was amaaahhhhhzing! And you know how hard it is to find a vegan one.... Now, if they rolled it in a tortilla.... Cannot wait to go back and try other options.

Well, better than good ....excellent! Try the gluten free Fluffle if you are craving sweet. I also enjoyed the raw snacks and one time had the Jackado Fruchavo. Every time I make it down to Phoenix now, I try to get to this place. It's within a spin cycle r place but the restaurant takes up a decent part of the building. Must try!

Great Vegan Breakfast Spot! - Edit
I've only been in the Phoenix area for a few months, but their 'jackado fruchavo' is the best vegan breakfast burrito I've had so far. In addition to the great food and coffee, their prices are far more affordable than other places around town with vegan offerings.

The avocado toast is AMAZING!!!! I had the stonic in sandwich form and the chia pudding as well. It was all so great. I can’t wait to go back! I want to try the honey lavender latte.
