Really delicious, fresh and quality Vietnamese food - Edit
It's very refreshing to see somewhere with vegan pho that's actually good! The rice noodle salads are top notch, too. There's not much more I can say, but it is walk-ins only, so you may need to queue at dinner time.
Pros: Fantastic rice noodle salads, Mushroom variety!
Cons: A bit cramped at night

Such a beautiful little spot on Sydney road, the fit out is really clean and simple and the staff are friendly.
Half the menu is vegan. There is a mushroom pho, mushroom and tofu vermicelli salad and vegan rice paper rolls. The pho is incredibly flavoursome and filled with different varieties of mushrooms.
The pho was $15 from memory. They are yet to get a liquor license.
Pros: pho is phenomenal , half the menu is vegan, great vibe
Cons: slightly pricey, small menu, no liquor license yet
