I've been going to this place for months now, plenty of options and the staff is more that happy to alter the bowl you want to make it how you want it, whether you're vegan or are lactose intolerant!

There is only one vegan acai bowl... called "Monkey" something... bananas, peanut butter, acai, etc... was very good, but limited variety for vegan. Extremely friendly staff. Dog-friendly. Outdoor seating.

Nice hangout - Edit
I only did a very quick visit before the end of my vacation in Florida, but will sure visit again if I come to Lantana again. Fall hours reported are: mon-sat 7:30am - 2:30 pm sun closed. Very nice atmosphere and good terrace as it is a few yards walkway away from the traffic on Ocean Blvd.
