Bland and overhyped. - Edit
It's a cute place and seemed very promising till I got my plate. The menu raves about the Hash, very bland i either tasted cabbage or carrot in each bite. It needs some serious seasoning to live up to the hype.
I had the tofu scramble with Turmeric. That was the seasoning, just tumeric, not even garlic. came with only a few slices of mushrooms and a few specs of roasted pepper, the greens that were added were adequate, but simply covered up for the fact that there were almost none of the other veggies expected. The tofu was not great either, watery and slightly bitter(very mild, but still).
also, the other egg breakfasts came with home fries, but not the vegan offerings, just a plate of bland tofu.
And to top it off, I ordered toast, that came buttered with butter- I fault myself here, for assuming that ordering a vegan breakfast and side, that my toast would come vegan as well. Be sure to ask for it dry or with vegan butter substitute!
I am disappointed, as I love breakfast and was excited to find a place that had vegan breakfast food.

Veggie Hash - Edit
They offer a few vegan choices and I have tried them all. They are delicious. Food takes a minute since it is freshly prepared. The veggie hash is great, especially with some sriacha splashed on it.
Pros: Local Offerings, Delicious, Nice Atmosphere
