Visited Good Love with the bestie/MOH when in St Kilda checking out my wedding venue. Seeing as it’s a vegan cafe, there was so much to choose from! I finally settled on the Benedict Bagel with a side of KFC Bowl (had to try it!). No regrets at all, the food was super tasty and the staff were lovely. Will definitely be back!

Both dishes had so much flavour, burger had loads of cheese sauce mustard, fries were bomb, kfc jackfruit nuggets and the mayo sauce were insane. Service was so fast, can't wait to go back!!

I wish they still had the big brekkie! The benny baguette is a tasty replacement if your looking for a brekkie option. Pancakes far too small & were pikelets for $22! Wouldn't get again. Bao buns are tasty and so are the chips. Kfc jackfruit bowl is amazing too. The rose hot chocolate is lovely.

Relaxing outside on a hot, sunny day with great company and watching happy people go by. What more could you ask for? A cocktail and kebab, is what! A small eatery with big personality. Lucky for me, I just live down the road. I have happily become a regular at Big Love.

Absolutely loved everything about my visit to Good Love. We were the first customers in and the staff were super friendly and happy to seat us straight away. The menu is incredible, it was so hard to decide what to have!

The food was great, we had the 6 dish banquet and there was plenty of food for the two of us! The outdoor setting wasn’t great, it was a bit wobbly and the menus were a bit raggedy but the staff were super lovely and we had a really nice time (yum cocktails too).

Read moreWas dissapointed with thier happy hour options. Only a jug of beer on special. Food wise, some items were good and some very poor. Notably the pizza slices. Dry dough, that seemed like it was from frozen. Dough was really bad. No flavour and bland for the toppings also. Pountine was pretty good and a few of the other things we had were above average.

What a great find this one is! Loved the vibe inside, but also pretty cool outside in the sun. Staff are really lovely and helpful, and there are some interesting choices on the menu, including drinks such as cocktails and long brewed soft drinks.
Read moreI had the phish and chips after much indecision (so much looked yum). I was not disappointed; it was amazing, made with banana blossom and nori. Beautifully presented with whole potatoes (rather than fries). My dining companion had the famed KFC bowl and also was super pleased with what she had. I had a seasonal juice which was lovely, and even the long brewed lemonade was something special.
Definitely go visit Good Love, it's better than great!

Good Love is a joyful addition to St Kilda vegan eating. Ironically placed on a corner directly across the from McDonalds, their gourmet all-vegan menu offers a range of jackfruit nuggets (also ironically called the KFC) and a fabulous quinoa bowl made to recipe that brings quinoa alive. The breakfast brioche is a favourite, and the new summer menu has a great caesar salad. The menu is more brekkie and lunch than dinner-centric, but the vegan fish and chips is great, as is the stuffed mushrooms. Good love comes into its own as a bar at night with vegan drinks and specialty gins made in-house. The staff is very welcoming.

Shared the 6 plate chefs choice with my boyfriend. Was really delicious food and the staff were super friendly! I would recommend only getting the 6 plate course if you are super hungry as we were both struggling on the third plate! Will definitely go there again!

KFC bowl bestseller for a reason - Edit
The KFC bowl was delicious. The jackfruit "chicken" doesn't have the same texture as the KFC it's named after but was extremely yummy and went well with the greens. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful in explaining the menu and offering suggestions.

We came here for the bottomless lunch. We ordered and they bring pizza out (until you’re full) and jugs of cocktails. There were 4 of us so I think we got our money’s worth! I liked all the pizzas but especially the mushroom and the antipasto one. The cocktails were all nice especially the cucumber collins and the bubblegum one. I also had really wanted to try the bounty espresso martini which was extra but delicious. The service was good and it was nice sitting outside on a lovely day

Read moreEverything was amazing. The jackfruit was so so so delicious in the bowl. The egg was so close to a chickens egg it was trippy. The flavours popped and we finished everything. The kids even got babycinos with vegan marshmallows. It was all so good. If we didn’t live in SA we would come here for brunch every Sunday.
