Good for specialty items - Edit
Good Earth is a great place for vegan, vegetarian, and raw specialty foods. They also have pre-packaged veg meals, desserts, and snacks for a quick meal.
It's one of the best places in Utah county to purchase specialty veg items like vegan meats and cheeses and other vegan foods. It has the biggest selection in the American Fork/Lehi area.
Note that most of their stuff is expensive, especially their produce. I only go there for specialty items and do my real shopping elsewhere.
