Wonderful Chef - Edit
The chef here is a super sweet guy who really wants to accomodate everyone. Their menu rotates and they try to incorporate new vegan items and local ingredients, which is awesome.
Read moreI found this place from the 2023 Vegan Chef Challenge and they were the only ones to veganize the Springfield staple - the horseshoe! Really fun experience, yummy food, and it's inside the Danenberger Vinyard, which is a super cool venue.
