Has some good quick eats, fresh juice, and has vegan sub options. - Edit
You can easily modify a lot of items here to make vegan and they are accommodating, they do close pretty early on days that aren't thurs-sat. I work nights so I sleep during the hours they are open sadly.

Gone Juicing is a much much needed addition to this city. Healthy options are hard to find these days. But this place brings it back into the picture. I need to come back to this place. The vegan strawberry cookies are. delicious and the Late was also very good! But the owners are fantastic! It is run by a mother and daughter and they are very knowledgeable about their menu and very kind! I will definitely be back to try their juices and to get some more of those yummy cookies!
