Tofu in the Train Car

The place itself has a unique setting inside of Depot Park’s Boxcar. It’s a great place to go after finishing Gainesville-Hawthorne…but it is poorly ventilated. For food, they have a few options. The cheapest is their Pickle Tofu Po-Boy. I liked it, but if you don’t like pickled items, you may hate it. They also have a beyond burger and can even make vegan chili for that burger. May try that next time but it spendy for that burger…the Po-boy is a decent price and tastes good but I also like pickle-flavoring.

Pros: Tastes good, Couple vegan options, Interesting set up

Cons: Poor ventilation, Vegan upcharge on Beyond burgers

Very good

I had a beyond burger with vegan cheese. It was really good, plus their vegan ranch is delicious!

Delicious.

The flavors of everything were fantastic. The po’boy was a little light on the tofu but otherwise no complaints.

Amazing menu

Really friendly staff here. And has great vegan options. I like the tofu poboy but with extra sauce or the loaded fries!
