vegan options available

The service is very friendly and attentive. There are several soups and side dishes, some of which are vegan or vegetarian. Sadly however, "vegan" in this restaurant means: either veggies with rice or veggies and three pieces of tofu with rice. So if you are invited for a family dinner, you will definitely find something, but the vegan options are very restricted. Moreover, the lunch menu, usually quite cheap and affordable, is served with non-vegetarian spicy soup, so be aware to leave out the soup.
Personally, I prefer healthy self-made food, whereas the veggie options include a lot of sweet sauce that probably contains many calories and artificial additives. On the whole, it's nice to go there now and then for the atmosphere. But if you want tasty, fresh vegan food, I think that you will be happier in other restaurants in Stralsund.

Addition: As a vegan, you might feel a bit uncomfortable with all the fish tanks around the restaurant, where fish are confined to small water reservoirs that very likely do not meet their need to move and swim freely. As a I child, I enjoyed the calm atmosphere these fish created.
