Vegan options on campus - Edit
I got the "chicken wrap" and it was good. Nice portion size for a wrap. Nice to have an all-vegan restaurant in campus. The ladies working there were super nice

Great vegan option on LSU campus! - Edit
This place is hard to find -- it's on 2nd Floor of the LSU Student Union, way in the back at a counter inside the On the Geaux little store in the back, left corner. There's no sign, other than inside the store at the counter. But once you find it, you'll be back...often.
Read moreThey offer 100% vegan soul food and snacks. The Boom-Boom Shrooms are fantastic. I also enjoy the Chick'n Wrap, and a friend liked the tacos. Portions are fairly small, but the flavor is on point and the prices are not bad.
Golden Vegan has a cafe in Zachary, and outposts on the campuses of both LSU and SU. Be warned that they close around 3PM, so they aren't open on campus for dinner.
Pros: Boom Boom Shrooms, Great flavor
Cons: Lots of fried food, Limited hours, Very hard to find inside the Student Union
