Solid Vegan Options - Edit
I had a really delicious tofu curry that was super flavourful. Many of the dishes you need to specify no fish sauce. Options aren't labelled so you do need to ask staff to know what can be vegan.

Absolutely loved the curry tofu and vegetables that I ordered for takeout. So fresh and delicious. They offer several things on their menu that can be made vegan. Takeout didn’t take long either!

My favourite Curry Tofu in NB - Edit
I don’t know what it is about this curry tofu but it’s my absolute favourite curry dish that I’ve had in NB. It’s a “fast food” type of tofu curry. I just love the texture of the tofu. It’s very porous and spongy. The veggies are perfectly cooked, soft but still crunchy. I can’t get enough of it.
