Best vegetarian ramen - Edit
The restaurant is in the Niseko Yo village area. A short walk up the stairs from the Niseko gondola and Hilton hotel.

Been twice for lunch stops while skiing here. I enjoyed the veg Ramen very much. I didn't have to wait for a seat in my first visit at about 1130 am. I waited only for the table to be prepared when visiting with my son the next day. Considering that the ramen was about 1850 yen, similar price to a Margareta pizza at the larger on snow cafeterias. I was very happy with the price, service and food, and the venue.
