Organic, vegan bread - Edit
Serves fresh, organic, vegan sourdough, with or without seeds. They also sell vegan buns, with or without raisins, and vegan sandwiches (hummus).

Modern cafe with a few vegan pastry options, which sell out quickly. There was only one vegan pastry option left when I was there at about 3pm. Most of the bread is vegan and looks delicious. Plant milks are available for a surcharge of 7 NOK. The Chai Latte (with oat milk) was made with a very spicy homemade chai mix. You order at the counter and get the food there but the hot drinks are served. My hot drink arrived in a reasonable time but many customers waited for a long time. By the time their drinks arrived they had already finished their food.

Vegan Cinnamon Rolls - Edit
I knew I had to visit when I saw one of their vegan options was cinnamon rolls - they did not disappoint! They had a few vegan options (including a raisin bun we enjoyed at another location) and a selection of fresh juices. Oat milk seems to be the norm here for non-dairy milk, which was fine!

Dry pastries - Edit
I did not eat any of their savoury vegan sandwich options as they were out of stock when I went in but I did try their very limited selection of pastries. Unfortunately their texture was not better than they looked as it was all very dry and stodgy.

Limited vegan options, but an OK café - Edit
Godt Brød is a café is Stavanger City centre, where they have indoor and outdoor seating. As per September 2023, there are 3 vegan pastries and 1 vegan sandwich. The pastries are not labelled "vegan" or have an allergy listing, where you will have to ask the server. The pastries consist of 2 "boller"/buns and 1 cinemonbun. The sandwitch was marked "vegan".

Godt Brød is a bakery where you can get custom made sandwiches, as well as baked goods and coffees. They have vegan and gluten-free options available. I had a gluten-free vegan bread roll with sun dried tomato spread, red pepper hummus, lettuce, olives, red onion and cucumber. Plus a black coffee, where I got free refills. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable about both vegan options and food allergies.

Two vegan options for sweet rolls. Cinnamon roll and a Christmas fruit bun (figs/raisins etc). There’s a delicious vegan sandwich option as well.
